Our wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, and other hair products are intended for personal use only. Proper care and maintenance are the customer’s responsibility. DollWigsCeoLLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, bleaching, coloring, chemical treatments, excessive heat, or misuse after delivery.
4. Digital Products (eBooks)

7. Returns & Refunds
Hair Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair product sales are final.
Returns or exchanges will only be considered if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged.
- Your item has a manufacturing defect.
Any claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.
Digital Products
Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all eBook and digital product purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued.
8. Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact DollWigsCeoLLC before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in your account being restricted from future purchases and other legal remedies where permitted by law.
